                            Notification of interest

Greenhouse is pleased to announce that it has been informed by Elsina Limited
("Elsina"), under advice from its investment advisors Consensus Business Group
Limited ("CBG"), has acquired 10,000,000 existing ordinary shares in Greenhouse,
representing 6.4% of the issued share capital.

Greenhouse Director Roger Maddock commented, "We are delighted that Elsina has
invested in Greenhouse. It is a testament to our green portfolio, in particular
Molectra, the tyre recycling technology, that a company such as Elsina has
acquired a significant stake in the Company. I very much look forward to working
with them in the future."

Vincent Tchenguiz, Chairman CBG added, "We believe there are good opportunities
for Greenhouse and CBG to work together in the environmental sector and we look
