Shares
Gulf Keystone, a leading independent
operator and producer in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, announces
that on 28 June 2024, it purchased 60,000 common shares of US$1.00
each in the Company ("Shares") on the London Stock Exchange through
Canaccord Genuity Limited in accordance with the terms of its share
buyback programme announced on 13 May 2024 and 21 June 2024
(the "Buyback Programme").

be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under
the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b)
of Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (as it forms part of UK
law pursuant to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018), the
