AIT Investments Limited ("AIT") 
Withdrawal of offer by AIT for Goldshield Group plc ("Goldshield") 
AIT notes the announcement made by Midas Bidco Limited ("Midas") on 25 October 
2009 of an increased cash offer for Goldshield at a price of 485 pence per 
Goldshield Share. 
As this increased price is higher than the price offered by AIT of 480 pence per 
Goldshield Share, AIT confirms that it will no longer be pursuing the 
acquisition of Goldshield and, with the consent of the Panel, is withdrawing its 
offer for Goldshield with immediate effect. 
Terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings given to 
them in the announcement dated 23 September 2009 of the revised recommended 
proposals for the acquisition of Goldshield by AIT. 
In accordance with Rule 19.11 of the Code, a copy of this announcement will be 
published on

2009.
