The Company's share capital and voting rights figures given in the announcement 
released on 27 February 2009 under RNS number 0523O were incorrect. 
 
 
The announcement should have read as follows: 
 
 
"In conformity with Rule 5.6 of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules we 
would like to notify the market of the following: 
 
 
The Company's total capital is 65,595,497 redeemable participating preference 
shares of 1p (excluding treasury shares). The Company's capital consists of 
37,231,054 redeemable participating preference shares of 1p (excluding treasury 
shares) each classified as US Dollar Shares, 16,926,624 redeemable participating 
preference shares of 1p each (excluding treasury shares) classified as Sterling 
Hedged Shares and 11,437,819 Euro Hedged Shares (excluding treasury shares). 
 
 
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 65,595,497 and 
this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations 
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, 
or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and
