As at 30 April 2009 the Company's issued share capital consists of 25,279,985 
Ordinary shares with total voting rights of 25,279,985. No shares of the 
Company are held in treasury. 
 
The above figure of 25,279,985 Ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as 
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are 
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, iimia 
Investment Trust PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
