  Intermap Technologies Corporation ("Intermap" or the "Company") 

  Block Admission Application 

  Intermap (TSX:IMP, AIM: IMAP) announces that application has been made by the Company to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange plc for the block admission of up to 2,500,000 common shares which may be issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants into common shares of the Company issued in connection with the placing completed on 27 April 2009. 

  As of today, the Company has an issued share capital of 51,188,713 common shares, none of which are held in treasury.
