The Board of Invesco Perpetual AiM VCT plc note the announcement by Invesco 
Perpetual, the Company's manager, regarding the future departure of Andrew 
Crossley, the Company's portfolio manager, and his proposed replacement by 
Jonathan Brown. The Company is in discussions with Invesco in this regard and 
will make a further announcement in due course.
