The Board of JPMorgan Global Convertibles Income Fund Limited (the 'Company') has been informed by JPMorgan Funds Limited that Natalia Bucci has decided to leave JPMorgan to pursue other opportunities.

Hart Woodson, the Global Head of the Convertible Bond team at JPMorgan Asset Management ('JPMAM'), continues as the Company's lead Investment Manager, together with joint Investment Manager Paul Levene and the existing investment management team. The Company will continue to draw on the investment insight and resources of JPMAM's wider multi-asset solutions investment resource.
