Suspension of Shares

Further to its announcement on 22 November 2018 regarding a proposed wind up, de-listing and liquidation, the Company announces that its ordinary shares will be suspended from trading on AIM, effective from 7.30 a.m. this morning pending the anticipated appointment of the Liquidators at the General Meeting to be held at 11.00 a.m. today.

Should the Resolutions be passed, then cancellation of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM shall become effective at 7.00 a.m. on 21 December 2018, in accordance with the timetable previously announced.

The Company will make a further announcement following the conclusion of the General Meeting.

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms within this announcement shall mean the same as those defined in the Company's RNS, released at 7.00 a.m. on 22 November 2018 under RNS number 1428I.
