Jumpit ASA ("Jumpit" or the "Company"), the developer of power solutions for
handheld devices, today announces that on Friday 29 September 2006, Mr Johan
Christian Borchgrevink, non-executive Chairman of the Company purchased 100,000
ordinary shares of NOK 0.025 ("Ordinary Shares") at 5.5p each through Cabehefa
AS, his investment company.


In addition, and pursuant to an arrangement between the directors at the time of
Mr Petter Kleppe's appointment as Chief Executive of Jumpit Mr Kleppe,
purchased, from Cabehefa AS, 750,000 Ordinary Shares at NOK 0.025 each through
Pesikia AS, his investment company.
