                            Result of General Meeting 
 
 
Further to the Circular posted to Shareholders on 28 May 2010 convening a 
General Meeting, the Company is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting 
held today all the resolutions tabled were duly passed. 
 
As a result, the Ordinary Shares will be cancelled from being listed on the 
Official List of the UK Listing Authority with effect from 8.00am on 28 June 
2010.
