Notice of General Meeting and change of registered office

Mission Capital Plc ("Mission Capital" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has sent a circular to shareholders, inter alia, to seek approval to change the name of the Company to Quindell Portfolio Plc. The Directors believe it is appropriate to change the name following completion of the acquisition of Quindell Limited on 16 May 2011 which resulted in a fundamental change in the Company's business.

In addition to the change in name the Directors are also seeking shareholder approval to adopt new articles of association, increase the Company's authorised share capital, right to buy back shares, and seek authority to allot shares and to waive existing shareholders' pre-emption rights. The General Meeting will be held at Quob Park, Titchfield Lane, Wickham, Fareham, Hampshire PO17 5PG at 10:30 am on 14 July 2011.

The Company also announces that it is changed its registered office to Quob Park, Titchfield Lane, Wickham, Hampshire, PO17 5PG.
