Exercise of Options and PDMR Dealing

Made Tech Group plc, a leading provider of digital, data and technology services to the UK public sector announces that Deborah Lovegrove, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has exercised 81,967 nil cost options over ordinary shares in the Company, which were granted pursuant to the Made Tech Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan. The option exercise has been satisfied by the transfer of 81,967 existing ordinary shares from the Made Tech Employee Benefit Trust to Deborah Lovegrove.

Following the option exercise, Deborah Lovegrove holds 81,967 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following the option exercise, the Company's issued share capital remains unchanged, with 149,287,059 ordinary shares in issue, with one voting right each. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
