Share Dealing and Date of Final Results Announcement 
 
 
As set out in the Circular to shareholders dated 4th March 2009, the Company is 
in the process of establishing a matched bargain facility to enable shareholders 
to deal in its shares once the Company's Admission to AIM is cancelled on 1 
April 2009. 
 
 
It is anticipated that the matched bargain facility will be in place by the end 
of April 2009 and the service will be provided by J P Jenkins. 
 
 
J P Jenkins is a trading division of Rivington Street Corporate Finance and

A formal letter will be issued to all shareholders setting out details of the 
matched bargain facility at the end of April. 
 
 
The Company expects to publish its preliminary results for the year ended 31 
December 2008 on the documents page of the Investor Relations section of its 
corporate website (www.metnor.co.uk ) on or around 8 April 2009 and expects to 
issue its final accounts to shareholders by the end of April 2009.
