Adjournment of General Meeting

The Board of Directors of the Company announces that the General Meeting of the Company convened at 10.00a.m today to consider the proposed cancellation of the admission of the Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM has been adjourned in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association. The General Meeting will be reconvened at BNP Paribas House 1 St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WA at 9.00 a.m. on 20 January 2011.

Forms of Proxy already deposited at Capita Registrars will remain valid for the adjourned meeting. New Forms of Proxy may be completed and deposited at Capita Registrars, PXS, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 4TU or by hand to Capita Registrars, The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road Beckenham, Kent BR3 4TU (during normal business hours) not less than 48 hours before the time fixed for holding the adjourned meeting (i.e. by 9.00 a.m. on 18 January 2011).
