    Notice of Interim Results - 10 November 2008

    OCZ Technology Group, Inc (AIM: OCZ), a worldwide leader in innovative, ultra-high performance and high-reliability computer memory and
ancillary products, will be publishing its Interim Results for the six months ended 31 August 2008 on Monday 10 November 2008.

    George Kynoch, Chairman and Ryan Petersen, Chief Executive Officer, will be presenting the results to analysts at 9.30am on 10 November
at College Hill Associates, The Registry, Royal Mint Court, London, EC3N 4QN.

    There will also be an open presentation to shareholders at 11.00am on 10 November at College Hill Associates, The Registry, Royal Mint
Court, London, EC3N 4QN.
