                                 Board Changes



The Board of Public Recruitment Group PLC ("the Company" or "PRG"), the
specialist provider of highly qualified public sector professionals in the areas
of education, health care and social work, announces the appointment of Richard
Benton as Non-Executive Chairman, Darren McLaney as Chief Executive Officer and
the resignation of Andrew Goodman as Executive Chairman. These changes are to be
made with immediate effect.



Richard Michael Benton, age 48, currently a non-executive director of PRG, will
become Non-Executive Chairman.  Richard joined the board of PRG in January 2004
ahead of PRG's admission to AIM.  Previously a founder director of The Capita
Group Plc, he is Non-executive Chairman of Mouchel Parkman plc.



Darren McLaney, age 36, will become Chief Executive Officer.  Darren, previously
Group Managing Director, has driven the development of the Group since the IPO.



Andrew Goodman has resigned as Executive Chairman in order to pursue other
interests. The Board thanks him for the important role he has played in the
development of the Group to date.



The Directors believe the Board would be complemented by the appointment of an
additional independent non-executive director and will make an appointment once
a suitable individual has been identified.



In respect of the above appointments, there are no other matters to de disclosed
in relation to paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM rules.



Commenting on the board changes, Richard Benton, said:
