                         ("Park Row" or "the Company")

Application has today been made for 1,175,848 ordinary shares of 80p each in the
Company to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market.

The shares have been issued to Guiness Flight Trustees S.a.r.l. as trustees for
the Company's medium term incentive plan, in accordance with the proposals
contained in the prospectus published by the Company on 12 April 2002.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares of the Company and it is anticipated that these shares will be
admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market on 17 June 2002.
