Notice is hereby given by Leverage Shares plc that the Final Terms dated 23 October 2023 and 24 October 2023, as applicable, filed with the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and the London Stock ("LSE") contained a typographical error in the hyperlink to the Base Prospectus which appeared on the first page of the final terms (the "Impacted Final Terms"). Amended versions of the Impacted Final Terms will be filed with the FCA and LSE on 26 October 2023.
