Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland focused on delivering private and affordable housing, announces that Iain Logan, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, today purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 83.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following this purchase, Iain Logan has an interest in 30,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
