The Directors were yesterday advised that on the 20 October 2003  Mr Jeffrey
Rubins ("Mr Rubins" ) sold 1,228,000 Tricorn Group Plc ordinary 10p shares at
5.5p per share and on behalf of his Pension Fund, Mr Rubins purchased 1,228,000
Tricorn Group Plc ordinary 10p shares at 5.505p with the resultant no change to
Mr Rubins beneficial holding in the Company.
