TEAM plc (AIM: TEAM), the wealth,
asset management and complementary financial services group,
announces that it has been informed that Mark Clubb, Executive
Chairman, purchased an aggregate 29,199 ordinary shares in the
Company at an average price of 11.50 pence per share on 03 March
2025.
Following this purchase Mr Clubb now
holds 4,773,655 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 8.13%
of the Company's issued share capital.
