Results of Annual General Meeting

Directors of M Winkworth P lc ("Winkworth" or the "Company") are pleased to announce that all the resolutions proposed at the Company's annual general meeting held earlier today were approved by shareholders except for resolution 2, which concerned the reappointment of the auditors. 7,116,699 shares were voted against this resolution, amounting to 99.96% of the votes cast by shareholders who submitted votes in relation to this resolution. Accordingly, the Company will immediately begin the process of selecting new auditors for the current financial year.

The Board would like to thank Moore Stephens, now BDO, for their service as auditors since 2009.
