Effective February 16, 2024, Mr. Lior Davidson, VP of Finance at HUB Cyber Security Ltd. (the “Company”), assumed the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Mr. Kobi Levi. Mr. Levi will continue with the Company in an advisory role within the finance department. A global search for a new Chief Financial Officer is underway.
