Virginia Commerce Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of John P. Perseo, Jr. as Executive Vice President of Operations and Technology. Mr. Perseo joined the Bank in April 2005 as Senior Vice President of Information Technology, overseeing the Bank's communications network, systems applications and security, as well as all electronic banking functions.
