Item 8.01 Other Events.

On July 26, 2023, the Board of Directors of ARC Document Solutions, Inc, (the "Company") authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share payable on November 30, 2023 to the holders of record of issued and outstanding shares of the Company's common stock as of the close of business on October 31, 2023.
