Teva to Pay Florida $6.7 Million to Settle Price-Fixing Allegations

Teva Pharmaceuticals, the U.S. affiliate of Teva Pharmaceutical
Industries Ltd., said it has agreed to pay $6.7 million to the
state of Florida to settle price-fixing allegations.
As part of the deal, the pharmaceutical company also has agreed
to maintain antitrust training and compliance efforts throughout
the U.S.
The deal is the fifth settlement Teva has paid to resolve
price-fixing allegations in recent years. The payment falls within
the estimated provision that Teva recorded in the third quarter of
2022, the company said.
