Teva Pharmaceuticals, the U.S. affiliate of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., said it has agreed to pay $6.7 million to the state of Florida to settle price-fixing allegations.

As part of the deal, the pharmaceutical company also has agreed to maintain antitrust training and compliance efforts throughout the U.S.

The deal is the fifth settlement Teva has paid to resolve price-fixing allegations in recent years. The payment falls within the estimated provision that Teva recorded in the third quarter of 2022, the company said.
