Mr. Gren Schoch, Chairman and CEO is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Swartzman to the position of Executive VP, Corporate Affairs of AirBoss effective immediately.

Ms. Swartzman brings 20 years of experience in treasury and capital markets, risk management and M&A having previously held senior financial positions with some of Canada's largest publicly traded corporations as well as advising mid-market privately held companies in both the US and Canada.

Ms. Swartzman will also assume the role of Treasurer.
