MONTREAL, QUEBEC (NYSE: CNI) will issue its first-quarter 2008 financial and operating results today, April 21, 2008, shortly after 4 p.m. Eastern time (ET). CN's senior officers will review the results and the railway's outlook this afternoon in a 4.30 p.m. ET conference call/webcast.
