Artha Resources Corporation (TSX VENTURE:AHC) is pleased to announce that the
Company has completed a total of eight (8) diamond drill holes, for a total of
approximately 1,750m in a planned 14 hole program (Table 1). These holes have
all been drilled in the north eastern part of the project and are designed to
test the lateral and vertical continuity of the vein swarm previously mapped.
The vein system has a surface extent of almost four kilometers in strike length
and a total combined width of over one kilometer (Map 1). Four main veins have
been targeted in this first phase of drilling, Morocha, Eva, Ivana and Mercedes
in the NE part of the project (Map 2). Assays have been received from four holes
to date and are summarized in Table 2. Two cross sections have been drafted and
are shown in Maps 3 and 4 depicting mineralized intersections.

Highlights;

-- Silver dominates metallic mineralisation consistent with surface
geochemistry, with associated base metals intersected in all holes.
-- All veins demonstrate good vertical and lateral continuity with up to 12
veins intersected in individual holes (DDH-IA-05), ranging from 0.1m to
    2.3m in width.
-- A strike length of only 630m has been tested, with over 3km of strike
    length remaining untested.
-- Not all mapped veins have been intersected in completed drill holes with
north western veins still remaining undrilled due to topographical
    constraints (Map 2).
-- Low grade silver, up to 29g/t, intersected over variable widths with
associated copper, lead and zinc mineralisation intersected in all
    holes.
-- Structurally controlled dilatant zones associated with cross cutting
faults where broader zones of mineralisation have been observed at
surface, up to 8m wide (Photo 1), will be targeted in proposed holes.
-- Drilling has delivered positive preliminary results confirming the
existence of an interpreted large low sulphidation, sheeted vein style
    silver-base metal-carbonate system.
-- Drilling is continuing with further assays expected in coming weeks.

The Ivan Alberto project is located in the southern part of the Sierra de
Quichagua, Jujuy Province Northern Argentina (Map 1). The geology of the area
consists of thin-beds of pelitic sediments locally interbedded with 2m-10m thick
quartz sandstone beds belonging to the Cochinoca-Escaya Magmatic-Sedimentary
Complex of Ordovician age. These sediments have been unconformably covered by
Tertiary andesites to the northern and northeastern part of the area. Fresh
dacite intrusive porphyries have been mapped to the south, where they occur
aligned on a NE-SW fracture system.

The structural pattern shows a well-defined NE-SW trend characterized by reverse
faults and folding. Intense fracturing and laminated veins parallel to the NE-SW
local bedding have been defined in the southeastern flank of the Sierra de
Quichagua, where it forms a broad sheeted zone (4km length x 1km width)
originated by compressive stress.

Geological mapping has identified a well defined epithermal vein system striking
N40-65E and at least 3.5km length, where ten (10) main mineralized structures
and accessory sheeted veins occur: Eva, Morocha, Ivana, Mercedes, Colorada,
Liliana, Mariana, Irene, Linda y Morena. The veins are all parallel to bedding
and dip 45-85SE; vein thickness ranges between 0.10 to 5.0m. Broader zones of
sulphide mineralisation have been observed at surfaced with associated massive
sulphide mineralization (Photos 1 and 2). These zones provide key drilling
targets.

The mineralization consists of base metal sulphides: sphalerite, galena,
chalcopyrite and arsenopyrite, and usually occurs disseminated in quartz and
carbonate veins, forming banded textures. Massive sulphides have been observed
in rocks adjacent to cross cutting faults (Photo 2). Gold occurs in native
submicroscopic particles sporadically in the system.
