pleased to announce the appointment of two directors to the
position of officers.
Effective August 27, 2014, Mtre
Pierre Setlakwe is President, Chief Executive Officer and Secretary
and Mr. Jean Desmarais is Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer.
Since the April 29th, 2014 press
release, the management is actively working on completion of its
Qualifying Transaction consisting of the indirect acquisition of a
50% interest in the MTS Data Centre building project in downtown
Winnipeg, Manitoba.
