OSR Oro Silver Resources Ltd.

Oro Silver Resources Ltd. ("Oro Silver") (TSX VENTURE: OSR) is pleased to announce that it has now acquired 100% interest in the Ana Camila claim group (5 concessions) located adjacent to the El Compas mine in Zacatecas, Mexico. Under the agreement, signed in July 2007, Oro Silver had the option to purchase a 100% interest in the Ana Camila property the final payment having just been completed. The 320 hectare property encompasses the northern 500 metres extension of the gold/silver bearing El Compas vein system. (See appended map: http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/oro112m1.JPG).

The recent core drilling by Oro Silver at the El Compas property has returned some impressive drill results including 193.2 g/t gold and 1,264 g/t silver over 4.3 metres (see press release dated November 10, 2009), and demonstrate the potential of the area.

A 5,000 metre diamond drilling program is currently underway at the El Compas property. This program was initiated at the El Orito and El Compas vein targets with the goal of increasing the Company's NI 43-101 compliant gold-silver mineral resource estimate.

The current program is also designed to test for a silver target below the gold bearing zones. Detailed geophysical surveying, satellite (ASTER) image interpretation, underground geological mapping, and a clay alteration studies have been completed in order to refine Oro Silver's geologic model for targeting. These advanced exploration tools are expected to aid in maximizing the success of the drill program.

Oro Silver's project development programs are supervised by Mr. Thomas Bagan, P. Eng., Chief Operating Officer and Mr. Eric Grill, Exploration Manager. Mr. Bagan is a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.
