Rusoro Announces Management Change

Rusoro Mining Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:RML) informs that George Salamis will be
resigning from his position as President of the Company on May 30th, 2010,
however, he will continue to provide consulting services to the Company on an
on-going basis, specifically with respect to the further development and
expansion of the Choco 10 Mine and Mill, where Rusoro is currently producing
gold. Mr Salamis has been acting President of Rusoro since 2007. Mr. Andre
Agapov will assume the dual role of President and CEO.


Mr. Agapov commented: "Over the last three years, George has made a strong
contribution to the team through a key period of growth in the Company from
junior gold explorer to junior gold producer. He has had significant input in
our M&A transactions to date which have focused on consolidating the Venezuelan
gold mining sector. On behalf of the Board, I'd like to thank him for his
contributions and look forward to his continued participation as a consultant
for the Choco 10 expansion project".
