RX Exploration Announces Management Changes

RX Exploration Inc. ("RXE" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:RXE)(OTCQX:RXEXF) has
appointed John Ryan, CGA as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company
on an interim basis. The former CFO, Maxwell Polinsky, has been offered the role
of Vice President of Business Development with the Company. A search process
will commence immediately for a permanent Chief Financial Officer.
