Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  Stock options were cancelled by BigString Corporation on February 14, 2012 in connection with the issuance to the reporting person of stock options to acquire 2,800,000 shares of BigString's common stock (equal to the aggregate number of stock options cancelled) at an exercise price of $.015 per share. On February 13, 2012, the last trading day before the date of issuance of the new stock options, the closing price of BigString's common stock as reported on the OTC Pink Sheets was $.004 per share. The cancelled stock options were fully vested on the date of cancellation, and the new stock options were fully vested on the date of issuance
( 2)  Stock options with respect to 200,000 shares vest on each of May 14, 2012; August 14, 2012; November 14, 2012; and February 14, 2013.
