Eco Depot, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ECDP) (OTCQB: ECDP) today announced the completion of its acquisition of CS Tech (America). As a result of the all-stock transaction, CS Tech (America) is to be merged into Eco Depot and will continue to operate as a wholly owned division of the company.

The combination of Eco Depot and CS Tech (America) creates one of the most innovative and avant-garde alternative lighting systems to meet the world's quickly-approaching deadline to phase out the Incandescent Light Bulb. The acquisition brings together some of the LED Lighting industry's most advanced engineering of proprietary LED technologies for developing, managing and delivering superior lighting and compelling energy-compliant solutions to meet the imminent implementation of the world-wide Incandescent Bulb ban. The move also accelerates CS Tech's strategic initiative to advance an aggressive manufacturing and delivery fulfillment capacity to meet the estimated $50 Billion retro-fit demand by U.S. municipalities to "change-out" their antiquated and inefficient street lighting systems during the next decade.
