YORK, Jan. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Helm Capital Group, Inc.
(OTC:HCGI), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Helm Pharmaceutical
announced today that its female intimate lubricant product, "Vibrel
for Woman," will be available through out the approximately 1,000
retail stores of Shoppers Drugmart, a Toronto Canada based drug
store Company that services all of Canada. The initial order has
been processed and delivered. "Vibrel for Woman" will be available
for retail sale in February 2007. The company also announced that
it will participate in the Shoppers Drugmart advertising program
and will provide additional advertising independently. Built on a
foundation of professional expertise and personal service, Shoppers
Drug Mart has been meeting Canadians' health care needs for over 40
years. What was once a small pharmacy in Toronto has grown into an
organization of over 925 stores from coast to coast, becoming an
indelible part of the lives of Canadians, young and old. Yet
despite our growth, we have never forgotten our origins. We have
always remained true to our belief that the personal satisfaction
of each and every customer is at the root of our success -- and it
can only be ensured by the commitment of people who realize that
success is built one customer at a time. Russell J. Hoffman,
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer stated, "We are
thrilled to be part of the Shoppers Drugmart family. This is Helm's
first exposure to the Canadian market and its second launch of a
major drugstore chain in the past four months. The product launches
are being supported by our 2007 media and advertising programs that
commenced with New York Magazine, Oxygen Magazine and The NY Post
last week and continues with Elle, Cosmopolitan Magazine, Health,
Fitness, Marie Claire and Bazaar coming soon." The Company's shares
of common stock have continued to trade in the pink sheets under
the symbol HCGI.PK. Investors and potential investors are cautioned
that as the Company has not filed reports under the Exchange Act
since the third quarter of 2000 (other than that Form 8-K and
recent press releases), there is little, if any, available reliable
current public information upon which to make an investment
decision. DATASOURCE: Helm Capital Group, Inc. CONTACT: Russell J.
