Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On February 2, 2025, the board of directors (the “Board”) of Viewbix Inc. (“Viewbix”) resolved to cancel all processes related to the reincorporation of Viewbix from the State of Delaware to the State of Nevada, including the withdrawal of its corporate-related action request that was currently pending with FINRA.
