Share capital increase following the exercise of stock
options
Regulatory News:
The Board of Directors during its meeting of February 13, 2019
noted that from July 1, 2018 to January 31, 2019, 118,077 new
shares with a par value of 5.50 euros each had been issued pursuant
to the exercise of stock options.
As a result, Air Liquide’s (Paris:AI) share capital effective
immediately stands at:
2,361,913,658.50 euros
Divided into 429,438,847 shares with a par value of 5.50 euros
each.
