Casino Guichard-Perrachon SA (CO.FR) said Thursday that its third-quarter net sales rose and it confirmed its objectives for France.

The French retailer said sales for the period increased 1.8% to 9.05 billion euros ($9.99 billion), while organic sales increased 2.4% during the quarter.

Sales in its domestic market of France fell 5% to EUR4.59 billion, the company said.

The company said that its strategy in France are moving forward and it therefore confirmed its objectives in the country.
