Results

On May 4, 2023, Cohen & Company Inc., a Maryland
corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the
Company’s financial results for the first quarter ended
March 31, 2023. A copy of the earnings release is attached to
this report as Exhibit 99.1.
