and Financial Condition.
On May 4, 2023, Delta Apparel, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press
release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended
April 1, 2023.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and
also made available through the Company's website at
www.deltaapparelinc.com.

Robert W. Humphreys, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and
senior management will hold a conference call on Thursday, May
