Hi, Sorry to spam, after checking other Russell 3000 biotech/pharma names, I think that today’s action was mainly Russell rebalance flow, not management aggressively using the ATM.

I pulled some names from the latest LSEG Russell 3000 additions and compared Friday volume vs average:

No one's complaining. I hope it goes to $2. It hasn't done anything in years. Waiting for some kind of proof that it might. If it gets out of EM we'll all be happy.
