On October 28, 2022, Imperial Oil Limited (the “company”) by means
of a press release announced that the board of directors declared a
quarterly cash dividend of 44 cents per share on the outstanding
common shares of the company for the fourth quarter of 2022. The
dividend is payable on January 1, 2023, to shareholders of record
at the close of business on December 2, 2022. A copy of the press
release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
