On April 13, 2023, Ocean Power
Technologies, Inc. issued a press release announcing the successful
first ocean test of its next-generation increased power wave energy
converter buoy, the Mass-On-Spring-Wave-Energy-Converter (MOSWEC)
prototype. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to
this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
