(2)	Sit Fixed Income Advisors II, LLC is a subsidiary of Sit Investment Associates, Inc. ("Sit"). The securities held by Sit may be deemed to be beneficially owned by Roger J. Sit. Mr. Sit is Chairman, President, CEO, and Global Chief Investment Officer of Sit. Mr. Sit and members of his family are predominant owners, directly or through trusts, of Sit, representing more than 50 percent of the voting power of each entity. Each entity and Mr. Sit disclaim beneficial ownership of the reported securities except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein, and affirmatively disclaim being a "group" for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
