Savoy Asset Management PLC announce they have appointed Mr. Howard Douglas
Hughes, aged 56, as an executive director of the Company.  Mr. Hughes was
formerly a director of SG Investment Management between January 1991 and October
2001.  There are no other matters which are required to be announced with
regards to this appointment as outlined under paragraph (f) of Schedule 2 of the
