Notice of the Death of Non Executive Director

It is with regret that the Board of Directors announces that Ivan Minter, Non Executive Director of the Company, has passed away. Previously CFO, Ivan worked with CEO Ismail Ghandour to develop and grow the Company before taking a Non Executive role in 2023. Ivan's dedication to the success of Ace has left a lasting legacy and he will be deeply missed by his fellow Board members and colleagues. Our thoughts and condolences are with his family and loved ones at this time.
