HOUSTON, Jan. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Samurai Energy Corp.,
(OTC Pink Sheets: SMRE), an oil and gas exploration and production
company announces that re-entry operations were commenced on the
Wilson Lease in the Riverside Field in Nueces Co., Texas. The
re-completion, finished in December, has been a success and has
significantly increased the production from the well. A successful
re-entry was made on the Wilson Lease in the Riverside Field in
Nueces Co., Texas. The well was re-completed in a Frio Sand at
5,286 feet. This sand was identified as productive from open hole
logs but was overlooked by the original operator. Since completion
the sand is producing at a rate of 12 barrels of oil a day and 200
MCF of gas per day with a flowing tubing pressure of 1060 psi. With
current pricing the company expects the added revenue to be in
excess of $250 thousand per year. Mr. Sam Skipper, President/C.E.O.
