                              Additional Listing                               

Application has recently been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for a Block Listing of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 14p each in
the Company to be admitted to the Official List. The Block Listing shares are
to be issued in respect of the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme.
Admission is expected to become effective on 3 July 2003.

The shares, when issued, will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary share capital of the company.
